Hi ! My name is Jackie and it is my mission to help women achieve their health, fitness and well-being goals. Sessions designed to build strength in both mind and body, inspiring lasting positive lifestyle change. With over 20 years in the Health and Fitness Industry and over 17 years as a Women's Personal Trainer (also Certified Pre & Post Natal Fitness Trainer), I am passionate and committed to helping women of all ages and fitness levels to be the best version of themselves. |
WHAT IS ON OFFER:
PERSONAL TRAINING
One on One 30min Personal Training Sessions. I offer 1 on 1 Personalised Training for Women. No two female bodies are the same, therefore the training programs I design are achievable, effective and delivered safely for you and your health and fitness goals. I cater for all ages, fitness levels and injuries. I welcome new clients who have never strength trained before - I will guide you every step of the way. There is so much importance in doing strength and functional movements to be able to improve and assist in everyday life activities.
onLINE TRAINING STUDIO
My online studio is designed to support you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Your options:

ABOUT JACKIE BUSHELL
The Health and Fitness industry has always been a passion of mine and the only industry I have worked in. Always being active playing Netball and Touch Football when growing up, I started to have a few health problems in 2000, it knocked me around physically and mentally and I started to look for ways to improve my health. I began to practice Yoga in 2001 and started my first job working as a Receptionist in a Fitness Centre back in 2002. From there I gained confidence and strength from health, fitness and yoga... and didn't look back! I wanted to be on the other side of the desk helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. In 2008 I became a qualified Level 1 Yoga Instructor (350+ Yoga Teacher Training Hours) and then qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2009 and began working in a Women's only gym as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher (including Pre and Post Natal experience). After having my first child and with the events of 2020, I decided to create a space for women that is welcoming and promotes mental and physical wellbeing through forms of Strength Training and Yoga in a private setting. I opened my own studio and started training clients in September 2020. I love being able to help others achieve their health and fitness goals! QUALIFICATIONS
